2975478 - Value is not showing in a PDF Form correctly - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When a PDF Form is uploaded, the value for Marital Status is shown with special characters .  i.e. "Divorcé(e)"  is shown as :  “DivorcØ(e)”

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

The font used for the field is set as Arial.

Resolution

  1. Access the PDF Form
  2. Select the field which is having the issue
  3. Access Field properties
  4. Go to font and select Noto Sans Font
  5. Save and upload the form to Onboarding 1.0
