Symptom
- You have built a custom email template and associated it with an Application; however, the Identity Authentication (IAS) does not send password reset, activation, or locked password notification e-mails.
- The following errors are seen in the Identity Authentication Troubleshooting log. The log was taken for one scenario and it can vary slightly than what is shown here based on the template itself.
Parsing and replacing in template went wrong. Email template set: XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX. Email resource type: RESOURCE_MAILING_FORGOT_PWExpression <email template placeholder> is undefined on line 8, column 10 in sap_mailing_templates. Id: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
