2975656 - Audit records aren't written for some system procedures on environments with security option for audit - SAP ASE

Even if "security" option for audit have configured, Audit records of some system procedures are not written.

for example

1. Enable security option for audit
   
   1> use sybsecurity
   2> go
   1> sp_audit 'security', 'all', 'all', 'on'
   2> go
   
   
2. Run sp_addalias
   
   1> use testdb
   2> go
   1> sp_addalias UserA, UserB
   2> go
   
   
3. Select audit table
   
   1> use sybsecurity
   2> go
   1> select * from sysaudits_01
   2> go
   
   (0 rows affected)
