2975802 - How to Activate Tasks in the Drop-Down List of the Actions Button in the Business Users View

The drop-down list of the Actions button shows inactive tasks except the option Check Consistency.

SAP Business by Design

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center
2. Go to the Business Users sub view
3. Find the specific user
4. Click on Edit and select Access Rights
5. Click on the Actions button
6. All the options from the drop-down list are grayed out except Check Access Rights Consistency

This is expected system behavior.

1.Go to the Application and User Management work center
2.Go to the Business Users sub view
3.Find the specific user
4.Click on Edit and select Access Rights
5.Click on the button Edit Without Business Roles
6.Click on the button Actions
7.All below options in the drop-down list will be active now:

• Copy from User
• Copy from Business Roles
• Check Access Rights Consistency
• Assign All Proposed Work Centers and Views
