2976166 - Not possible to recover all allocated space from HANA DB table

• After removing all records from a HANA Database table, either by Archiving or Deleting the records on application level, there is still a small amount of space on disk associated with the table
• After running HANA Reclaim job and garbage collection, the table size on disk remained at around 1.5GB
• The table now has 0 records and existing indexes account for only a very small portion of the remaining space
