2976193 - Error During Excel Upload of Appointment: The value "of the field 'End Date Time' is invalid. The value "of the field 'Start Date Time' is invalid.

You are not able to upload Appointments via the Excel Upload due to the following error:

The value "of the field 'End Date Time' is invalid. 
The value "of the field 'Start Date Time' is invalid.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Select the Activities view.
3. Click on the New button and select the option Activities from excel file.
4. Select the New Appointment Activities excel file and download it.
5. Fill in the required fields.
6. Logon to the Excel add-in.
7. Enter the respective system details, user and password.
8. Click on Save the data to.
9. The following error occurs: 
   The value "of the field 'End Date Time' is invalid.
   The value "of the field 'Start Date Time' is invalid.

• No value is maintained in the column Start Time and End Time.
• The value maintained in the column Start Time and End Time is not a valid value. The time format should be passed in a 24h format. E.g. for 10 AM it should be entered as 10:00:00 and for 1pm it should be entered as 13:00:00 

 Please note that the entries are passed in UTC time zone.

Enter valid values in the column Start Time and End Time.
