2976900 - Error Processing Dimensions:"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."

Symptom

While processing dimensions the BPC Admin client one of the following errors are displayed:

"The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server."

"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."

The Windows System Event Log in the BP Application server shows the IIS application pool associated with the BPC IIS Application has stopped unexpectedly.
