2976918 - XSA upgrade fails - hangs during the upgrade

• While attempting to upgrade the XSA system 1.0.99 to 1.0.128, the system seems to hang.  The log shows:

• Just hangs at that point, never completing the upgrade.
• Tried several times to restart - same issue.
• Added logging:

   and enable/finish with -1

  ERROR: Wrong group of the hdbmdcdispatcher executable. Got "mrsadm", expected "sapsys". You can fix this by executing "chown root:sapsys/shared/MRS/exe/linuxx86_64/HDB_2.00.050.00.1592305219_7.../mdc/hdbmdcdispatcher" as root user.
