Symptom

When checking the personnel file of an employee, the tabs for social insurance and tax data are missing.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
  2. Select Employees view
  3. Select and edit an employee
  4. Social Insurance Data and Tax Data tabs aren't available

Cause

The payroll hiring for this employee is not completed.

Resolution

Complete payroll hiring and fill social insurance and tax details during this process. Upon completion you will be able to find the tabs for social insurance and tax data.
