2977390 - Load performance issues - commits are taking an excessive amount of time - SAP IQ

• After the initail rebuild HG and FP indexes.
• The load went successfully.
• However, there is a performance issue, when running the load job.
• The iqmsg file show slowness during commit.
• It takes 10 mins for Cmt 9933805317. The sql is inserting to 'mytable' from the temp #mytable'
