2977554 - Button is displayed unexpectedly at the bottom right corner in Belize Theme

Button defined in GUI STATUS - Standard Toolbar is displayed at bottom right corner in Belize Theme.

However, this is not expected.

For example:

1) "TEST" button is defined in GUI STATUS:
