Is there a workaround to import Internal Candidates Applications?

Applications can only be imported when the related requisitions and candidates were also imported. There is no workaround as of now to mass import Internal Candidates. Since an internal candidate is always linked to an internal user, you would need to create a user profile first and then the system will create the internal candidate through the Asynchronous creation: a provisioning job that can check if new employees are created on daily basis and creates internal candidate profiles for the new employees in a batch process.
