2977787 - How to remove One Time Deduction (OTD) from Take Action Menu

Unable to remove “One Time Deduction” reference from "Action" Menu

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Current Menu:    

While in a user profile click “Actions”  --> “One Time Deduction” is referenced

Configuration:

“onetimeDeductionId” is defined in Manage Data --> “Configure Deduction Screen Ids”

To remove the “One Time Deduction” reference from the Action Menu

1. Go to Manage Data
2. Search for “Configure Deduction Screen Ids”
3. Edit and delete the reference to “onetimeDeductionId”
4. Check in UI the reference to “One Time Deduction”  is removed

Please note that the setting is "All or Nothing"

• When removed, it is removed for all.
• When added it added for all.
• The permission is only for access purposed
