2977920 - Attachments on Candidate Contact e-mail are not deleted after sending it - Recruiting Management

When adding attachments to Contact Candidate e-mail, if selecting another job application and click on Contact Candidate, the previous document attachment will be displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In Recruiting, select a job requisition
2. Go to Candidates tab
3. Select any candidate
4. Click on Contact Candidate
5. Click on Attach a document
6. Upload a document
7. Select another candidate in the same job requisition or from another one
8. Click on Contact Candidate
9. Click on Attach a document
10. You will see the document attached on step 6 on the list

This is expected behavior from the system.

This is a functionality added to the system in order to help the user reuse the document for other candidates if necessary.

Note: the document will be displayed on the Candidate Contact > Attach a document section only for the user that uploaded it.
