2977987 - SAP Marketing: Error while importing the deleted contacts again to Marketing system

Symptom

Importing an already deleted Contact does not update or Create a Contact

OR

Importing an already deleted Product does not update or Create a Product.

Instead a warning message related to  timestamp is raised:"Imported entry ID &1 outdated (existing data valid from &2); update refused"
