- How to use the export feature in Career Site Builder Translations?
- When I export fields translations in CSB, the file is empty.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Resolution
In Career Site Builder > Tools > Translations > Export button only works if field values have been updated.
If there are no updates done, the export file will be empty. The export file only shows the updated fields values, not all translations.
Note: How to see if a field has been updated? Default fields values are in italic.
