2978077 - Fields translations export file is empty - Recruiting Marketing

• When I export fields translations in CSB, the file is empty.
• How to use the export feature in Career Site Builder Translations tool?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Open Manage Career Site Builder
2. Under Tools, select Translations
3. Click on the Export button
4. An XML file is generated but when opening it, no values are shown 

The Translations tool export only contains translation overrides that were ever populated in the tool.
Note this will also include label overrides for locales which may have been enabled at one point and are no longer enabled.

You cannot see the standard translations in this exported file though. 
If no overrides were populated then the export file will be empty. 

If overrides were populated then the file will display them in the following format : Locale, resource key and override text.



Note: You can recognize default labels by the fact that they are displayed in italics whereas the updated values are not.
