  • Active employment in Employee Central
  • Employee Central is the system of record

Functional User:

  • Non-employee (including contingent workers/contractors)

    Contingent worker flag is set to Yes in Employee Central
  • Employee Central is not the system of record

    The user has read-only access to Employee Central
  • Employee Central is the system of record, but the employee does not have access to the system

  • Seasonal workers
