• The error "You cannot enter times here because this time period is outside of your user's active employment" appears for days post Termination Date in Time Sheet
• Days after Termination Date are greyed out in Time Sheet

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet

1. Go to any employee.
2. Terminate the employee and approve the Termination Workflow, if any.
   
   
   
   
3. Go to the employee's Time Sheet and check the dates after the Termination Date.
4. Notice that the Time Sheet is greyed out. For example, in the screenshot below, October 17 is greyed out.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on any greyed out days, the error "You cannot enter times here because this time period is outside of your user's active employment" appears.
   
   

This is working as designed.

It is not possible to remove this error message nor prevent the system from greying out the days post the Termination Date.

If you do not wish employees to see their upcoming Termination, you can create an Enhancement Request for this behavior in the Influence Tool: https://influence.sap.com/successfactors.
