Symptom

This document only applys for HANA Scale-out Systems.

You want to measure system configuration and performance via HCMT tool. It failed with error below.

You checked port 50000 via commands below, both show port 50000 is not open/listen.


1) telnet 10.20.30.40 50000


2) netstat -anp | grep 50000
