2978858 - Sharing reports with the Standard Role 'HR Manager Only'

A report was shared with the Standard Role 'HR Manager Only', however, it is being displayed in the Report Center for a user who is not an HR manager.

1. Go to Report Center
2. Share a report with the Standard Role "HR Manager Only"
3. Proxy to user A profile (user A is not an HR Manager)
4. The report just shared is available under My Reports

User A ID is in "HR" column in User Data File. If the employee ID is under 'HR' column, the report is expected to be available in Report Center, even if the users managed by user A are Inactives.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Go to Employee Export and export the User Data File
3. Filter the "HR" column by the user ID
4. Delete the ID and add "NO_HR", save the file
5. Go to Admin Center
6. Go to Employee Import (or Employee Data Import for EC customers)
7. Only for EC customers, select Basic Import on Select an entity dropdown
8. Choose the file just saved and trigger the import.
