2979259 - Group Reporting: Error "Char Functional Area contains an invalid value (YD20)" when running a consolidation task or posting a group journal entry

After running a consolidation task (for example the reclassification task IC elimination of other income / expense) in the Consolidation Monitor app, the error GK 351 "Char Functional Area contains an invalid value (YD20)" is shown in the Task Logs app.

When trying to post a group journal entry containing a subitem in the Post Group Journal Entries or Import Group Journal Entries app, the error "Char Transaction type contains an invalid value (915)" occurs.
