2979562 - Japanese Date format display issue in prompt of schedule

Symptom

  • Different machines send different Accept-Language
  • When HTTP requests sent with Accept-Language :JA, date type prompt shows as MM/DD/YYYY while when it's JA-JP it shows expected format YYYY/MM/DD
  • Set product locale and Preferred View Locale to "Use browser locale"
