Resolution

To-do tasks requesting your approval of something appear in the Approvals section. Other to-do tasks appear in the For You Today section. You can enable to-do tasks on the latest home page in the Upgrade Center. In H1 2021 version there was only 2 To-Do's Tasks available :

Time off requests ( Approvals section )
Acknowledgment of changes to your job profile (Available in for your today section )

Important Note : Before you enable to-do tasks on the latest home page, make sure that no issue is found in the result of check item To-Do Category under the application MDF Extension Center in Check Tool. Otherwise, some to-do tasks can't be shown on the latest home page see the Customer Community blog for further information also refer to 3125767 - MDF workflow to-do card is not visible on the latest home page

Not all tasks listed here are available on Mobile Applications. Some of them don't apply to the mobile experience and others may be considered for a future release.
Only to-do tasks created or modified in the past 90 days are migrated to the latest home page. Older tasks are still shown in the To Do List side panel see KBA 3126381- To-Do Tasks Not showing on the Latest Home Page but showing on the To-Do Ribbon for further details.
