2979822 - SE80 Error: PBO Module INIT_SUB does not exist. Do you want to create the object?

Symptom

In SE80, user has made a screen copy from MGD1 function group to a custom function group
(ZMDG_XXX). But the module pool programs are not generated after the copy of the screen
with the error: "PBO Module INIT_SUB does not exist. Do you want to create the object?"
