In your system, several people with the same name are maintained. When adding attendees to a visit, this can cause confusion. You would like to know how to add additional identifiers.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the visits work centre
- Go to the visits view
- Open any visit
- Go to the Attendees facet
- Click add
- Enter the name which occurs several times in the system, in our example 'test'.
Result: you get a list of names and IDs, but the as user cannot tell which of the entries is which.
In cases where you need further identifiers for an attendee, please use the object value list instead of the quick suggestion pop-up list.
Click the double box symbol as highlighted in the screenshot.
Here you have the option to use advanced search and you can add columns such as for example 'Type' which will let you know if the preson you are selecting is an employee, or a contact, etc.
Those columns and fields can be edited in Adaptation mode by your administrator/ key user.
