Symptom

  •  During the configuration of a System Monitoring setup to monitor a Web Service and at step "5.1 - Preparation" the "Schedule Extractors" activity is performed but in "Details" the following is shown:

Web Service Monitoring setup not executed in managed system. WS Extractors will be skipped.

  • At System Monitoring UI the metrics are showing no entries.
