2980111 - How to activate/de-activate items in App Post with Clearing

Symptom

Activation and de-activation of huge number of open items on "Process Open Items" tab in App Post with Clearing

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2008 and above

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open App Post with Clearing and enter mandatory data (posting date, company code, currency/rate etc...)

2. Choose open items on the top

3. Enter Account and Account type

4. Choose Process Open items

5. The system selects open items based on selection criteria

Resolution

De-activate items

1. Select All

2. De-activate items

Deactivate items
