2980125 - Performance is slow and failed to open reports with errors in BI 4.2

• The preformance in BI is slow.
• The search result can not be displayed.
• Failed to view reports with the error below:

        The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951) (Error : INF)
        Unknown error in semantic layer (Error : INF)

• The below error is outputted in the trace log of the InputFileRepository Server:

        assert failure: (frs.cpp:1077). (m_orb->_OB_getRef() == 1 : The reference count of orb is not 1. But 2).

• The below error is outputted in the trace log of the InputFileRepository Server:

        **ERROR:SLProxyBridge:Error from SL Service: : Error: Unknown error in semantic layer ErrorCode: DSL 00000 StackTrace: ***     com.businessobjects.mds.sdk.plugin.desktop.SLMetaDataInfoObject.internal.DSLMetaDataFile.getFrsContent(DSLMetaDataFile.java:315) null *** com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException.map(SDKServerException.java:99) The FRS does not have a CMS connection. (FWB 00060)

        OCA_Abuse exception 6416 at [authrequest.cpp : 407] 65316 {} ...The FRS was unable to contact a CMS to authenticate the request.

• The error below could be found in the event viewer log:

        Communication failure.(FWM 00001)

• The issue could be avoided by restart BI server.
