An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record lists all authorized hostnames / IP addresses that are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. When you run the regular report to check if the mail traffic works correctly you can see that a certain Domain (e.g. xyz.de) is blocked due to the error message: "In the SPF, mechanisms are separated by more than one space".
