2980308 - dump CONVT_NO_NUMBER occurs with item category 'E' in /OPT/SAPLVIM_FG1 when using PO proposal

In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text (VIM), using DP Index Screen, when you try to retrieve the lines items from a PO with item category 'E' (enhanced limit - internal representation is 'A'), a dump of type CONVT_NO_NUMBER might occur on a S/4HANA system that can contain the following or similar values:
