2980325 - Group Reporting - How to delete/change a consolidation version - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Consolidation versions were created too early or wrongly.

Is it possible to delete a version or make change on below setting?

These settings are the following:

• Version Type
• Reference Version
• Group Currency
• Run Mode
• Allow LC, TC, Qty Changes
• Fiscal Year Variant

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is no standard tool to delete a consolidation version.

The reason is that it represents a significant risk, as the Versions are widely used and most master data are version-dependent.

Suggestion is to rename the Version such as "Do not use" and try to remove/skip it from master data transports to productive system.
