The Release button in a Customer Invoice in the UI triggers the "SubmitForApproval" action but this action cannot be triggered via PDI.

Cause
The "SubmitForApproval" Action for Customer Invoices is not PSM released.
Resolution
We added the PSM release request for the SubmitForApproval action for Customer Invoices into our Product Backlog to be considered for a future release.
