2980453 - Output Options in My Dunning Proposals

Symptom

When using "My Dunning Proposals" app, after clicking the button 'Send Dunning Notices' there is no pop-up window where it was possible to choose print or email.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2008 and higher

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open app My Dunning Proposals.
  2. Select a dunning notice and click button 'Send Dunning Notices'.
  3. There's no more pop-up option to choose between print and email.

Resolution

All the configuration for the dunning output should be maintained in the app "Output Parameter Determination".
"My Dunning Proposals" app supports Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus). Dunning notices are printed or emailed according to the BRFplus (Output Parameter Determination) settings for dunning.
