2981088 - SWDP_RUNTIME 403 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTP

Symptom

Starting a WDA menu item from NWBC service map, results a Runtime error.

500 Internal Server Error

Message E SWDP_RUNTIME 403 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTPS
