2981174 - United States Compliance Forms Configuration Pre-Requisites - Onboarding

• The United States Compliance forms need some specific picklists for proper functioning that may not be available in the system.
• All Onboarding customers planning to enable United States Compliance forms feature will have to perform the tasks mentioned below of Importing the Picklists to the specific instance.

All the Onboarding customer planning to enable US Compliance feature, has to perform below mandatory task of Importing Picklist to instance.

As the forms require the full legal name of a person that can include a suffix, the suffix picklist must be maintained in the Picklist center and field has to be enabled as a Picklist in the personalInfo (Manage Business Configuration > personalInfo). This field is not mandatory and can be left blank by the users.

Below are the required Picklists in United States Compliance feature/Flow.

• Country Picklist
• State Picklist
• US County Picklist
• School District Picklist
• Municipality  Picklist

So download the Zip Files present in this KBA and use the Import & Export Functionality in system to Import the file (Zip Files). Follow below steps to Import the Zip Files.

• Admin Center->Import and Export Data-> Import Data-> Zip File-> Choose the file (Import Country_State_PicklistData.zip' file first) -? Import

Important Note: We should first import 'Country_State_PicklistData.zip' file and once it is completed, then only they should import 2^nd zip file (County_SchoolDistrict_PicklistData). Because it has a dependency on 'State' picklist.
