2981174 - United States Compliance Forms Configuration Pre-Requisites - Onboarding

• The United States Compliance forms need some specific picklists for proper functioning that may not be available in the system.
• All Onboarding customers planning to enable United States Compliance forms feature will have to perform the tasks mentioned below of Importing the Picklists to the specific instance.
• State dropdown is blank in compliance form, for example State of Georgia Employee's withholding form, New York State Withholding and Exemption Form.
• State dropdown is blank when 'Yes' is selected for the question in Employee Mailing Address, 'Is the Employee Mailing Address the same as the Employee Residence Address mentioned above?' in Mississippi State Withholding Form 89-350 form
