2981452 - Error When Confirming Unload Task as Planned

Symptom

 You are trying to confirm as planned the Unload Task XXX. However an error is faced.

XXX = Unload Task ID

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center. 
  2. Select Task Control view. 
  3. Search for task XXX. 
  4. Select task XXX. 
  5. Click Confirm as Planned. 
  6. You face the error:

None of 1 warehouse tasks confirmed

Cause

 The Actual Delivery Date in the related Inbound Delivery is in the future. Hence Confirm as Planned is not possible.

Resolution

You need to confirm the Unload Task XXX manually:

  1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center. 
  2. Select Task Control view. 
  3. Search for task XXX. 
  4. Select task XXX. 
  5. Click Confirm. 
  6. Enter all the necessary information. 
  7. Click Save
