2981498 - Token Service error during creation of an OAuth Client and a Destination with REST API

During creation of an OAuth Client and a Destination with REST API in an HTML5 Application an error pops up:

Failure reason: "Unexpected Token Service response code. No response body was returned by Token Service. Check the configuration or contact Token Service owner." Received status code: "404"
