Workflow for Benefit Open Enrollment does not work (Cart Enrollment)

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Go to the Benefits Page
2. Add a benefit to Cart
3. Save the transcation

If you go to Configure Object Definition > BenefitOpenEnrollmentCycleConfiguration  >the field cartWorkflowId is inactive

Making cartWorkflowId to active will resolve the issue.

You can do the following:

1. Go to Configure Object definition
2. Search for BenefitOpenEnrollmentCycleConfiguration 
3. Click on Take Action > Make Correction > go to the cartWorkflowId   > details  > set it to active
4. Save the transaction
