DRTM Inactive candidate purge notification settings under Admin Center >> Data Retention Management >> Create New Purge Request .

• Login to Bizx
• Go to Admin center >> Data Retention Management
• Create New Purge Request
• Select a purge request type:  DRTM Inactive Candidate Purge
• See the settings "Notify candidates before" is mandatory and needs to be filled

This feature was introduced as a part of RCM-64977.

Where  Imminent Candidate Purge Notification e-mail trigger  is to ensure that inactive candidates receive an advance notification to take action before their profiles are purged.\

Now, even if the trigger is disabled still under Create New Purge Request >> "Notify candidates before" is mandatory.

This is an expected behaviour which was introduced as a part of b2005 release. You have to fill in the values over there to proceed . Now since the trigger is not enabled candidates wont be receiving the notification that their profile is not going to be purged.
