How to request the reset of PFS Password

• The Password for the PFS is the same password used to login for Community Portal. If you need to reset the password Go to below path in Community portal: Account & Settings -> Login Settings. Here you will see the option to reset the password.

Note before resetting the PFS password

1. Close all browsers/tabs with any opened SAP accounts
2. If you opt to use the reset link above, make sure to open it in an incognito browser
3. Once the reset password page opened, make sure to provide the P-user associated in your company ID that can be found in the Provisioning
4. Once done, a reset email link will be sent to the email associated to your P-user
5. Open the reset password link again in an incognito browser
6. Provide the new password
