2981978 - Goal Status Tabs are not Displaying Correctly in Latest Goal Management

In the Latest version of Goal Management, some of the Status field tabs are not displaying numbers to denote the number of goals with that status

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Prerequisites:

• Latest Goal Management has been enabled in the environment - see the Goal Admin Guide for further information about this feature.
• Goal Plan templates have been validated, or a new Goal Plan template has been created from SuccessStore.
• The Status field is configured in the template.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Goals module;
2. Select a Goal Plan.

Some of the status tabs display no numbers, and when selecting a status, the tab disappears from view:

• The Status field dropdown options have a white label colour selected.
• As the background colour does not display in the latest version of Goal Management, the white label colour blends into the white page background:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
2. Select Edit Fields
3. Select the Status field

Change the label colour of the dropdown options to a darker colour that will surface on the white page background of the goal plan:

On the Goal Plan, the numbers are now visible in each status tab:
