Symptom
When saving a change in Manage Business Configuration or importing the Succession Data Model an error is referenced configuration issues with dg filters.
When making changes via Business Configuration or importing the Data Model, the validation error will appear as one of the following:
- “HRIS field “XXX” of HRIS element “YYY” referenced in dynamic group filter is disabled in data model. Ensure to remove the disabled field from the dynamic group filter to save the changes”
For example: “HRIS field “pay-group” of HRIS element “compInfo” referenced in dynamic group filter is disabled in data model. Ensure to remove the disabled field from the dynamic group filter to save the changes.
- "In the DG Filter section, fields are not configured for the HRIS element with refid "YYY". You can either add an HRIS Field Reference or remove the empty HRS Element Reference in the DG filter section. "
For example "In the DG Filter section, fields are not configured for the HRIS element with refid "compInfo". You can either add an HRIS Field Reference or remove the empty HRS Element Reference in the DG filter section. "
