2982506 - Error: "Payment Method is Not Allowed" When Creates The Order Via Web Service

Symptom

You are using ManageSalesOrderIn web service to create a Sales Order, but you are getting an error message which says "Payment method is not allowed".

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

You send your request via Soap UI or any other system using <ExternalPayment> tag, and you get the following error:

Payment method is not allowed.
Net volume for product missing.
Net weight for product missing.

Cause

The error will be raised if the Sales Order creation is not of type "Internet".

Resolution

It is standard behavior. You need to create the document manually via Business ByDeisgn system to not face the errors.
