2982518 - Unable to Open Export Link in Mass Data Maintenance Due to Missing BC_DATAMIGRATION Work Center View

Symptom

Accessing the Export link in Mass Data Maintenance fails even though DMCMASSDATAMAINTAINANCESME_WCF is assigned.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center.
  2. Go to Mass Data Maintenance view. 
  3. Select the Export link. 

Cause

Mass Data Maintenance is an extension of the migration tool, and the BC_DATAMIGRATION work center view is required; without it, the Export link in Mass Data Maintenance is not accessible even if DMCMASSDATAMAINTAINANCESME_WCF is assigned.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Users view.
  2.  Search for the user.
  3. Open Access Rights. 
  4. Assign the BC_DATAMIGRATION work center view to the user.
