2982573 - Send email from Talent Pool to more than 100 Candidates - Recruiting Management

When attempting to email more than 100 candidates in a Talent Pool the "Send Mail" button is greyed out.

• How to send an email to more than 100 candidates from a Talent Pool?
• Is it possible to increase the number of candidates per page?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Go to Candidates
3. Go to Talent Pools 
4. Open a Talent Pool where you have more than 100 candidates
5. Tick the box next to Candidates column header to select all candidates
6. The "Send Mail" button gets greyed out 

It is currently not possible to select all candidates and send an email if the Talent Pool has more than 100 candidates.

As a workaround, select all the available candidates per page (100) and then click on "Send Mail". Repeat this process on the next page. As of now, the maximum number of candidates displayed per page is 100. 

There is currently an enhancement request submitted to have this behavior changed so please feel free to vote on it so it can possibly become an enhancement in future releases: 331602 -Send e-mail to more than 100 candidates in Talent Pool.
