In the Approve Requests Tile, is it possible to display if a Leave Request is Full or Half Day?

Resolution
No, this is not possible. The Approve Requests Tile and the To Do UI cannot be configured. The information displayed here are hard-coded. You will need to open the Leave Request Workflow.
