2982646 - Project Purchase Request Not Converted to Purchase Request after Approval

You have approved a project purchase request, but it keeps in status Not Released and not converted to purchase request automatically.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center
2. Go to Projects view
3. Open project ABC (ABC refers to project ID)
4. Go to Products tab, Purchase Request Approvals subtab, you see the approval process of project purchase request ABC-1 is already finished
5. Go to Products tab, Purchase Requests subtab

You see project purchase request ABC-1 is still in the list, not converted to purchase request, and the status is Not Released.

Project purchase request ABC-1 is saved as draft version.

You need to finish the project purchase request by following steps.

1. Go to Products tab,  Purchase Requests subtab
2. Select any item of project purchase request ABC-1, press Edit
3. In the pop up window, press Finish
4. Save the change

Project purchase request ABC-1 will be released and converted to purchase request.
