2982662 - When doing termination details import the field "Notes" is not updated in the employee profile

When a import for termination details is done the field "Notes" is not update in the employee profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Import Employee Data
2. Select Download Template
3. Choose Termination Details
4. Add the field termination
5. Fulfill all the required data in the template
6. Go to Import Employee Data
7. Select Import Data
8. Select the Entity Termination Details
9. Choose the template previously configured.
10. Validate and import the file.
11. Proceed with the workflow approval
12. Verify the employee profile and you will see that the value added in the "Notes" field was not saved.

Our Engineering team identified this behavior as a system issue.

This behavior only happens in case there is a workflow in the process. As a workaround you can import the file with a user with permission to update/import without the workflow.

SAP Engineering are investigating this currently.
