2982723 - Library Owner Cannot Be Edited

The owner of a folder in the Library work center view cannot be edited, not even if you are the owner of it.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Library work center.
2. Go to the Library view.
3. Select a folder ABC (where ABC is a folder).
4. Click in the More button and select Manage Access option.
5. Open the tab Employees.

You see the checkboxes in the Owner column all grayed out and cannot be ticked or unticked.

The Owner is a read only field which cannot be changed, not even by the owner of the folder.

Please check for which user the Owner column is marked and login with that user to change the access for others.

Public access can also be given by the owner, so all the users can access the folder/document.
