2983032 - How to turn on monitoring on a specific API endpoint URL

API endpoint is not correctly monitored - Cloud Portal URL has no possibility to adjust it to the specific request. Also, usually API endpoint is not having underlying service under it - in contrary to storefront service which is usually serviced under endpoint URL.
